Our Presenters:

๐Ÿ”น Venerable Bhikkhuni Bodhicitta is a Sri Lankan Theravada Buddhist Nun based in Melbourne and will teach Meditation as a tool to manage stress and lead a walking meditation session.

๐Ÿ”น Tilsa Thomas will teach Laughing Yoga.

๐Ÿ”น Pauline McKinnon is a Mearesโ€™ Stillness Meditation facilitator and will lead a stillness meditation session.

๐Ÿ”น Anne Fan will facilitate a Meditation & Tai Chi Movement workshop.

๐Ÿ”น Mirella Faulkner will lead a Yoga Practice workshop.

๐Ÿ”น Rohan Parrant will be teaching Wellbeing and Mindset.
