October and November were months of inspiration and empowerment in Colombia, as two beautiful towns—Paipa in the Boyacá Department and Acacías in the Meta Department—hosted remarkable gatherings focused on peace and leadership. The Global Women Peace Ambassadors and Global Partners events brought together leaders, changemakers, and community members to celebrate the role of women in building peaceful and inclusive societies.
The first event, held at the Paipa Municipal Council, was organized by the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) chapters from Boyacá, Casanare, and Arauca. This powerful gathering highlighted the transformative contributions of women to their communities through diverse social initiatives.
