"The Spirit of the Flowers" (WFWP Argentina)
Written by: Rosetta Conti
WFWP Argentina held a new session on the topic of Health and Spirituality. This time, the event was centered on the theme "The Spirit of the Flowers." The virtual event took place on May 20, 2021, and had 40 people actively participating from different parts of Argentina as well as abroad.
The purpose of this event was to contribute to the integral well being of individuals with a particular focus on the interaction between spiritual and physical aspects of an individual. The infinite possibilities of healing the body through the natural elements offered by our Mother Earth was introduced.
Professor Inderveer Kaur, who holds a Philosophy and Theology degree from the Catholic University in Buenos Aires (UCA), as well as a degree in Ayurveda Nutrition from the University of Kerala (India), delivered a special speech on "Bach Flowers Therapy." This healing method is an effective instrument to heal the body as well as the emotional heart of the individual. A lovely song dedicated to Mother Earth opened the event, and a session of music therapy closed the event.
WFWP Argentina President, Rosetta Conti, read an excerpt from the "Mother of Peace" memoir, which demonstrated Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, co-founder of WFWPI, as a leader who harbors deep concern for the environment, which stems from her love for the creation.
WFWP Latin America Subregional Director, Gloria Dantas, closed the event and remarked on the wide presence of the participants, ranging from different countries to religions, who all expressed their interest and appreciation for the theme of the event.
