WFWP Cameroon Celebrates International Women’s Day

International Women's Day was held in various regions in Cameroon, and in Yaounde. There was also a Peace Walk in Buea, South West Region, this is the Region where there have been conflicts for the last 3 years.

During the walk, the women leaders called for peace reconciliation in Cameroon for the sake of Peace and Development.

During the Walk, WFWP members carried posters which carried various messages of peace .

To close the festivities, Mrs. Consoler Akeler, the WFWP Cameroon President, organized a Women's Conference in Yaounde.
