WFWP Colombia and Partners Launch the Women’s School Project

On October 1, 2022 WFWP Colombia and its partners launched the “Women’s School Project” in Medellín, Colombia. WFWP Colombia has been developing relationships with women entrepreneurs, social leaders and NGO founders to create training programs to educate women in entrepreneurship as well as in their personal growth. This project aims to empower women of different backgrounds to become peacebuilders as well as role models to inspire more women to become owners of a vision of peace.

The women participating in the launch shared their desire to contribute to the peace activities of WFWP, expressing that the event inspired them to continue working towards peace, in hopes to one day become Ambassadors for Peace themselves.
