WFWP Italy Celebrates ‘Day of Women’ During COVID-19 by Planning for the Future

WFWP Italy originally organized a conference that was supposed to be held at the European Parliament on March 4, but due to the COVID-19 emergency that was postponed. However, organizers still had the desire to celebrate the Day of Women- so they called local WFWP members for a small meeting (that was still allowed by the government-they had no idea that it would be the last for the moment).

During the meeting, WFWP President Elisabetta Nistri reported about the last summit that was held in Korea, the inauguration of the First Ladies Association, and shared a message from WFWP Founder, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon president. By the end, the participants were very inspired and started to create plans for future activities, which would include events for the youth and young adults.
