WFWP NCR Chapter Induction Ceremony Inspires Unity and Empowerment (WFWP Philippines)

The induction ceremony for the Women's Federation for World Peace (WFWP) Philippines  NCR Chapter was held on February 24, 2024, at Huang’s Café, Sampaloc, Manila. This day was filled with excitement and determination.

The undertaking was graced by the WFWP National President, Mrs. Almera Grace Mayo. Her message was full of inspiration and encouragement underscoring the pivotal role of women in driving positive change and fostering a culture of peace and empowerment. Also present was Mrs. Yumiko Teves, WFWP Philippines Treasurer; Mrs. Kinu Kabayama, WFWPP Auditor; and Mrs. Mariflor Gavaran, WFWP Philippines PRO. 

The oath declaration was led by Mrs. Mariflor Gavaran, solidifying their commitment and dedication to the organization’s cause. Indeed, the newly appointed NCR Officers, predominantly from the academe sector, stood united in purpose and resolve. In closing, Prof. Juvy Delmonte, WFWP NCR President, expressed gratitude and encouraged everyone to continue their journey with courage and conviction in supporting the organization’s advocacy for peace and women empowerment.

Overall, the event was a celebration of unity and empowerment, reinforcing the importance of women's leadership in creating a better world.
