Women of the World United Against Gender Violence (WFWP Italy)

On July 13, 2022, Elisabetta Nistri, President of WFWP Italy, was invited to attend a working table in the Senate on the topic: “THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN THE WORLD” with the purpose to promote a law to defend the rights of children from Italian and international couples. This was a precious opportunity to strengthen the bond with the WFWP Italy team and guests. She invited several Ambassadors of Peace friends of WFWP so that they can bring their precious contributions.

The main speakers were Hon. Francesco Paolo Sisto, undersecretary of Justice, and Hon. Mirella Cristina, with the lawyer MariaPia Turiello, and the representative of many embassies in Italy. President Elisabetta Nistri had the chance to speak and introduce WFWP to Hon. Cristina and spoke about the activities and purpose of WFWP, emphasizing the importance of education on moral values, as well as on the respect for human dignity and human rights to create healthy families in the future.
