WFWP-Taiwan created the Global Women Entrepreneurs Peace Alliance (GWEPA) as a platform to connect women entrepreneurs to invest resources and efforts to developing young female talents through education and different projects. Through the connections, we wish to bring awareness to different social issues and integrate resources and implement action plans to improve the situations.
In our 2 hours session, we will introduce the origin of our program for raising awareness to young female talents regarding international-focused social issues and how they tie in with social issues in Taiwan. We will further explore how this program has allowed us to connect with young talents working in various industries and how they continue to invest their efforts in making a difference. We have invited three of our former participants to share with us their experiences. The two main areas of focus would be on providing education and services to SEA(South East Asia) Migrant Worker in Taiwan and the social issues faced by indigenous people. We will also introduce the revised development program for young female talent in 2022. We sincerely wish you could join us and hopefully, become our international partner to develop young female talents.
